My Aunt had a lot of Cherry Tomatoes left over in her garden, both rip and green. I decided to pickle the green ones.
Then in went the spices.
Once all the spices were in the jars I started filling them with the sliced green cherry tomatoes.
Once filled I then added the brine and sealed the jars.
I ended up with four jars of pickled green Cherry Tomatoes, I also made a jar of pickles and a jar of pickled peppers.
